INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

For Sweatbands for hard hats 64901 and welders shields 64701

COMFORT BANDS INT.

  1. Position sweatband with the plush side of the closure tape towards the front of the plastic hard hat system as picture below.
  2. Larger Picture (slow to load)
  3. Pull the rough side of the closure tape around the suspension system to the soft closure tape in the front making the sweatband as tight or loose as you require.

  5. Due to many different styles of hard hats Comfort Bands are manufactured to fit the largest suspensions system to one of the smallest suspension system like a bump hat. Enclosed picture of sweat band install.
